If a business needs a professional service, chances are we can provide the high level assistance that our clients require in house or outsource it to a reliable supplier that we know and trust. Many businesses will claim that their staff are their most important asset; however, at Lawrence Business Management we genuinely mean it. Our business service offering is made up of the knowledge, expertise and experience of our employees.

Lawrence Business Management has over 60 employees with over 50 of our staff members being professionals, such as accountants, business consultants or financial planners. Everyone who works for Lawrence Business Management will tell you that it has a unique and exciting culture. Although we are quite a large firm, we are still family owned and operated. The doors of the directors and managers offices are always open to staff. We genuinely care about our staff members and take a vested interest in the development of their careers and future.

We understand that happy staff are productive staff and with that in mind we offer a flexible working environment where our staff are dually acknowledged and rewarded for their efforts. We also believe in work/life balance and hold regular social functions which all staff members are encouraged to attend.

With regular reviews and consultation with all staff members we set goals and objectives designed to provide you with feedback and assist in achieving these benchmarks and progressing our staff members' careers in the direction they aspire to attain.
